The hotel has a good location and a lovely park.
The service was really poor. We had no hot water all morning and we received no solutions nor compensation from the administration. The bathroom was uncomfortable and in poor conditions.

The hotel is amazing! They have a fancy area outside that we didn't use due to the cold, they have nice accomodations and helpful staffs. Its close to the metro and easy to reach the city. Definitely we will come back! We had a problem with our room and they solved it pretty fast. The breakfast is delicious!

The many different and interesting areas at the hotel. The decoration and architecture. You feel that you are part of a very interesting, dynamic place, where every corner delights and stimulates your brain.
The inside of the reception desk is full of dust and it is visible for guests The light at the washroom, in the room looks old and as if it was a last minute repair. The fruit from breakfast was not fresh.
